Emme is shaking up the women’s healthcare category and removing the stigma attached to birth control choices. Interested in parlaying our expertise in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion into a healthcare product that had seen little to no innovation, Emme’s founder hired Deerfield and through our partnership, the chic smart case was brought to life.

The holistic brand design evolved from that as the anchor—the go-anywhere pill tracker, the online experience, packaging, the app…all contribute to an innovative, integrated and joyful user experience. Particularly during a time when women’s reproductive rights are at risk, Emme is proof of the power of design to elevate a user experience and do good.
